We recently returned from my daughter's wedding and I have to share what a truly amazing fairy tale event it was!! Through our AMAZING wedding planner Erendira Carrillo and her staff, we had an absolutely picture perfect event. I can honestly say her attention to detail, insight to perfection and choice of vendors made for a lifelong memory that shall forever be with our guests. The wedding was discussed, options made available and then completely planned through emails. We did make a visit in November to meet with Eren and discuss what we hoped to have our wedding be. She exceeded our expectations on every single level!!!! We have become friends with her, her staff and many of the onsite staff, as each and everyone of them worked tirelessly to provide us with the most wonderful event ever!!

My name is Ed, father of the bride. This past Saturday, July 30th, my daughter Lauren married Chris in Los Cabos. It was a wedding Lauren has dreamt of for years. Thanks to your incredible team lead by Erendira Carrillo, Lauren’s dream wedding became a reality. From the date back in April when our Arizona neighbor recommended the Hilton-Los Cabos as an excellent choice for a destination wedding, I have had the pleasure of working directly with Erendira (Eren) Carrillo. From April until July 27th, Eren, Lauren (daughter), and I communicated through emails, Pinterest, and live phone conversations. During these conversations, Eren made us feel like she was OUR wedding planner. She responded to every email in a timely manner and made great recommendations on how we can make Lauren’s dreams come true. I communicated to Eren I did not want any negative surprises concerning the wedding celebration and needed someone I can trust on location to manage the event. Eren insured me she would be with Lauren and I every step of the wedding process. Let me just say, Eren and her team EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS. My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Eren face-to-face for the first time one day before our Welcome Reception and four days prior to Lauren and Chris’ big day. However, from our many emails and phone calls over the previous months, I had gained a level of respect and trust for Eren. After meeting Eren in person and watching her and her team execute their responsibilities in managing our Welcome Reception, Wedding Day activities, Wedding, Dinner, and Celebration, they earned my greatest trust and respect. They were extremely professional, customer-focused, and solution-oriented. MUCHO RESPECTO! Our family and friends enjoyed the wedding weekend and everyone raved about the friendly customer service we received throughout the resort.
